    Hello, I have a licence for education hub pro. Today when I logged into my wordpress website (www.timechart.com.au) and made a small one word change to the homepage, something weird has happened with my theme. It use to have my three products listed in a table-style layout in three columns. Now everything is listed in one column making the whole page scroll a long way down.

    I’m wondering if recent wordpress updates have affected the layout. The wordpress site told me there is an update available for education pro but it wouldnt let me download today.

    Where do I find the ‘renewal’ button?

    Hello @timechart,

    The update is not accessible may be because your theme license has been expired.

    So in order to able to access the latest update, you need to repurchase the theme and use the license of that purchase and activate the site.

    So please update to the latest version and verify the issue.

    Thanks for this advice, if I log into my account I cant see any option to renew/repurchase. Do I need to create a new account from scratch…?

    Hello,

    No, you can buy the theme from the existing Theme palace account.

    Just buy the new theme and use the license of that one.
