Hello Themepalace,
Thank you for your hard work, I really like the theme I bought. But unfortunately I’m having an issue with the translation of my featured slider content located in ( Customizing ▸ Featured Slider ).
I can’t translate it at all.. I’ve used Loco translator and the content is not available to translate..
I’ve also used Polylang but still not available to translate..What can I do to fix this>
Thank you!

First of all thank you very much for the appreciations and buying the pro version of the theme.
Can you provide the screenshot of the section that you could not translate so that we can inspect and help you further?
Thank you.
Best Regards!!

April 16, 2018 at 9:56 am #70180DiarraParticipantAlright I just sent you the screenshots of the area that can’t be translated from English to french or french to english…
How can I have it translated when I switch my site language???Than you very much…
April 17, 2018 at 12:13 am #70213wensolutionsKeymasterHello @groupeilboudo,
Since you have chosen the image option, you will be able to enter the content by yourself in the customizer.
So for this, you dont have to translate strings using any plugin. You just directly add the translated string in the text boxes.
Please refer to below given screenshot to be clear:
Hope this helps.
Best Regards!!
April 17, 2018 at 12:23 am #70215DiarraParticipantHi support team,
I think you didn’t understand what I’m trying to accomplish.
I have a bilingual website ( EN and FR ), when I switch languages I want the French text to appear in the french part of the site and the english text to appear in the english part of the website.
What happens here is that, If I write something in that area, that’s the same language that’s going to appear for EN and FR. That’s what I want to fix…
I hope you understand better now…
April 17, 2018 at 4:07 am #70223wensolutionsKeymasterHello @groupeilboudo,
To achieve what you want requires a higher code customization and as much as we would love to help you on this, we are unable to do so since it is beyond the support we offer for our product.
If you want such setting in your site then you can always consider hiring the professional developer.
To hire a developer please refer to below given link:

Thank you.
Best Regards!!
April 17, 2018 at 9:29 am #70242DiarraParticipantHi Wen Solution support team,
First, I do not understand how could this be beyond the support your offer when it is was clearly indicated in your education Hub pro theme’s features that it was “TRANSLATION READY“?
Here’s the prof —-> http://prntscr.com/j6f9v6 <—-Second, I made sure I read all your themes details before buying it because that option was important for me. I don’t understand why am I required to hire a professional developer and pay again to do add an option that should already be included in the theme I bought???
I mean you understand how I feel about This? That isn’t normal at all!?….
In other words, I bought a theme that is not truly translation ready even if it said it was in your theme’s feature.. Again here’s the proof —-> http://prntscr.com/j6f9v6 <—-…April 18, 2018 at 12:17 am #70255wensolutionsKeymasterHello @groupeilboudo,
Firstly, we would like to apologize for the trouble and yes the theme is already translation ready i.e. all the strings in the theme are made translation ready so that you will be able to translate in any language.
What we want to clarify here is, the theme itself does not have any translating feature in it so that you could translate the site in a different language.
For this, you will have to use the third party plugin like WPML using which you can create the multilingual site
Plugin link:
This plugin helps you create the post/pages in multiple languages.
Hope we made you clear on this.
please let us know if you have any query/issue further.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
