Hey there,
I’ve been trying to edit a website of mine for some time now. However, I’m stuck on the Featured Slider option. When I go to Customizing ▸ Featured Slider ▸ Slider Type ▸ Select Slider Type, it doesn’t give me the option to select anything else than Features Pages.
I want to show off my events (Featured Events) in the slider, but I can’t figure out how. The tutorial said there would be a Demo Slider, Featured Category, Featured Images, Featured Pages (only one that shows), Featured Posts, Featured Tag.
Is it possible to add ‘Featured Events’ or do I need an extra plug-in for it?

The pro-theme has the option to set the slider from page/post/category/tags and if you are only getting the option Featured Page then there might be the chance that you are activating the free version of the theme.
So please make sure you have activated the Business Filed pro theme then only all of the options mentioned above will be available in the customizer.
Also, the theme does not have the feature to add the Featured Events in the slider and as much as we would love to help you with this, we are unable to do so as it requires higher code customization.
Our suggestion to you is hire a professional developer so that your theme will not be affected in any way.
