    Hello,

    To display the contact page in the menu at first create the page ‘Contact US’ from the backend. Then using the Contact form 7 plugin create the contact form. There you will find the shortcode. Paste this shortcode on that page.

    Finally, go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus and add that “Contact Us ” Page on the menu.
