Hi,
I am looking to change the post navigation text which is currently set to display the title of the following or previous post to ‘Next Post’ and ‘Previous Post’.
How could I make this change?

The feature to change post navigation text is not available in the theme .
But in case if you have any other issue regarding the theme feature, Please let us know .

You can change the text through the child theme approach.
To create the child theme refer to below link:

After creating and activating the child theme, create a single.php file in your child theme. Then paste below given code in your child themes single.php file .
