How do I add the scroll over text link to a picture as is demonstrated in the demo where the picture changes size as you scroll over it and it give you a link or eye option to either go to picture, or to link to a page you choose? Not sure how to add this.
February 6, 2016 at 9:04 pm #1197wensolutionsKeymasterHello @spiritualgem, this effect you see is not manually added. This means, whenever you upload the featured image for your blog posts , category posts or create gallery they will automatically take the effects of zooming or scrolling. Likewise, eye and link option also get added as you go through the process.
Still if you have any confusions, kindly let us know.
February 7, 2016 at 2:24 pm #1208spiritualgemsParticipantOkay, but I’ve already built all of the pages in draft mode and it is not showing up like that on my site. Also how do you add the text on the picture rather than as a caption below the picture? I’m guessing that when I publish it all the pictures will then show the eye and the link button and pan in? They are not doing so now.
February 7, 2016 at 2:28 pm #1209spiritualgemsParticipantAs is demonstrated in the demo. The text only shows up when you scroll over the picture and then it pans in with eye and link. It is not doing so on mine and I’m still uncertain how to add that text as an overlay on the picture that only shows up as you mouse over it.
February 7, 2016 at 10:42 pm #1210wensolutionsKeymasterHello @spiritualgems,
As explained above, the text that is seen on mover-hover is the title of each of the posts. To be precise, theme automatically generates it like it is shown in the demo. It does not require any sort of manual addition/configuration. Hence, we would like to inspect the problem in your site itself. So, would you please provide us your site-url?
Thanks!
February 8, 2016 at 2:35 pm #1222spiritualgemsParticipantThe site is http://www.top40wellness.com/ but as I explained everything is in draft mode until I finish it so I’m not sure looking at it is going to help. This is the last issue I was trying to fix before publishing. I have pictures on our home page posted, and it is suppose to all have the same title as the title of the page? How is it that the demo has a couple of different titles? I’m trying to get each picture to have its own title, yet I’m not seeing any title on any of the pictures.
February 8, 2016 at 10:28 pm #1223wensolutionsKeymasterHello @spiritualgems,
I hope you are doing well.We inspected your site and found that the theme you are currently using is not ‘Photo-perfect’, in fact its ‘twenty-sixteen’. So, if your problem is related to this theme [currently using], then you should post in its support-forum itself. However, if your problem is related to ‘Photo-perfect’ then you may post it here.
Thanks,
Best regards!
February 9, 2016 at 12:20 am #1226spiritualgemsParticipantI am using photo perfect. When I stop working I turn it back to twenty sixteen because this is a surprise to someone and I don’t want them to see any of it until published.
I feel our communication is breaking down to lack of understanding and I’m getting frustrated. I feel I’m communicating intelligently but not all is being read, understood, or heard. Please help me by providing phone contact or a better communication method than this. This is taking far too long with a lack of understanding.
I’m several steps ahead of all that’s been communicated here, you may just not understand that. Help please. It’s the only thing that has held me back from publishing the very elaborate site I’ve built.
Thank you!

We can understand your problem and also we are eager to help you. That is why we are here.As you have switched to ‘twenty-sixteen’, we are being unable to inspect your problem that you have in photo-perfect theme. For us, it is working like a charm as shown in the demo. If possible then you can share us your login details so that we can test it. And for the front-end, you can use any of the coming-soon plugin. Also, if you have done any sort of customization in the theme then you can share it with us.
Best regards,

I had a great chat session with WEN Solutions where they stayed with me and walked me through all of the steps necessary with any unanswered questions I had. The team member was very patient and helpful. My suggestion to any of you with questions not answered in one post here is to have a lovely chat session where they walk you through it step by step.
Very helpful!
Thank you!
