1 .Do I need to add the license key? Where do I do this?
2. When I look at the preview, my are in code. That’s not what I want.
June 14, 2017 at 12:27 am #44995wensolutionsKeymasterHello @aschonland,
After purchasing the pro theme you will get a license key which you need to enter by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Theme License . Also. theme Palace provides an API key which can be used for receiving automatic theme updates.
2. When I look at the preview, my are in code. That’s not what I want.
We are unable to understand you above query properly . Please explain your query further so that we could help you on this .
Hope this helps.
Best Regards!!

2. Regarding the gibberish code. In preview this is what I see on the not yet activated theme.June 15, 2017 at 12:36 am #45109wensolutionsKeymasterHello @aschonland,
For the first issue please make sure you activated the Daily insight pro theme . After activating the pro you will see menu Theme license inside Admin panel > Appearance . Refer to the screen shot below for proer info .

As we are still not clear with the second issue please send us screen shot of the issue so that we could help you .
Hope this helps.
Best Regards!!
Have a good day .
June 15, 2017 at 7:56 am #45135Addison SchonlandParticipantHere is the image of the pre-activated theme I am telling you about.
https://prnt.sc/fk29ftI will not activate the theme until I can see the code go away and proper language show up. At present I do not have confidence in this theme.
Therefore I cannot activate it and enter the code.
June 16, 2017 at 12:04 am #45207wensolutionsKeymasterHello @aschonland,
The code that is seen in the screen shot is of the Share Buttons plugin . So if you have activated the Share Button plugin please deactivate the plugin and see if the issue is fixed .
If this does not solve the issue then go to that particular post and remove the code from the content area of that post which you may have included while activating the plugin. Then include the appropriate content in the content area section.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards!!!

I have another problem with this theme. When I set menus primary Menu = MainNav, I notice that by the next day this has switched off . this is annoying – what do I need to do please so this does not occur?
April 13, 2018 at 1:37 am #69930wensolutionsKeymasterHello @aschonland,
The issue you have mentioned is quite unlikely to happen and also till date we have not faced such kind of issue.
So please make sure to properly save the setting once you assign the menu to the primary menu location and further if you have installed any third party plugin then please try deactivating them and verify the issue.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
