The logo is distorting/stretching out when I switch to tablet or mobile view. I tried uploading the logo in several sizes (as I do not see a recommended size in your documentation). It works great in desktop view (at 420px wide) but distorts in tablet/mobile views. Can you please advise?

Please use below given CSS to to remove the stretching out of logo .
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.
.site-branding img { max-height: 100%; }Hope this helps.
