I was using WEN Associate and I was pretty satisfied and I bought the pro version.
I have much more options now but whichever logo I am uploading is shrunk to 100×100.
can i somehow adding something to custom css having my logo on its own size ?
You need to upload your custom size logo from Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Header Options so that logo stays on its size.
Hope this helps !

This is what I get going to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Header Options
In the free one whenever I uploaded a logo it was on it’s size.
Why pro is limiting me ?
It should present logo section like this below Header Layout.
