Hello I was using Magzimum since version 0.5 in my blog : http://350cc.com, however when I updated the version 1.6, the site crashed entirely, dashboard went down as well, had to check in via cPanel and delete the theme, I had copied theme files in another folder, from where i could downgraded to only version 0.5. Any lead why I’m facing this? Even when I delete all the theme files and tried Preview from theme from wordpres “Add Themes”, I see a blank white page. Please help!

As far as we have checked the theme locally we are unable to find such issue on the latest version i.e version 1.6 .
Also, when we inspected your site URL , we found that the currently activated theme is not Magzimum . Please activate the Magzimum theme and let us know and we will inspect further to find the actual problem .

Yes I had to deactivate as the moment I activate the 1.6 version, the site goes down, It was fine until 1.5. Is it possible I get 1.5 version? And then you can check if there is anything wrongly configured in my site.

Thank you so much, I have activated 1.5 and everything back to normal. But again, same happening with 1.6, I will activate for testing and will share the logs.

Update: I have raised a ticket with Host provider, and looks like support team deleted the Magzimum theme folder. Site is online now with default theme!!

Please once check the error by setting a PHP constant WP_DEBUG as true in the wp-config.php file .
Enabling WP_DEBUG will cause all PHP errors, notices and warnings to be displayed . Please let us know the all the error listed .

While Live Preview I see this:Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home/XXXXXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/themes/magzimum/inc/hook/core.php on line 20:
Copied 1.5 again and everything becomes normal!

The issue might have caused due to the older PHP version .
Please upgrade your PHP version to the latest and verify the issue .
