Hi,
The menu (marked with the red circle) always appear outside of the touch screen area and gives difficulty to users to click the menu button.
Please advise.

The feature of disappearing the menu icon when clicked in the menu icon is a theme feature . And when you clicked the menu icon the menu item list will appear. If you want to get back to the menu icon then you can click to the black area in the header of the screen as you can see in the screen shot below .
