can you please reconfirm that menubar is not showing. as I can see there is a menu bar displaying at top left corner

Actually, I installed a plugin to have that Mobile menu bar, that’s why you saw a bar at the top left corner. But my concern is that there should be a DEFAULT MOBILE MENU BAR on top as I am using Blog Diary since then. So, kindly make some default arrangement,s please.
can you please deactivate all the plugins and check if there’s the same issue. I guess maybe a plugin is responsible for this issue. As you can see in the theme demo there is no such issue with the theme.

There’s seems something wrong with some plugins. As you told me, I tried deactivating all the plugins and refreshed the page into mobile settings, then it came properly with Mobile Menu Bar right after the header image below. But again, I installed some important plugins, refreshed but the Mobile Menu Bar is missing again. What to do now?
Can you please try deactivating one plugin at a time and confirm which plugin is responsible for it. Once you confirm which plugin is responsible you can delete that plugin
