Could you please disable all the plugins and check whether the menu is working? Some third-party plugins may create such issues. If the menu does not work even if all the plugin is disabled, share your site login we will inspect the problem and will solve the issue
Seems you have developed a child theme, you can share your login info to this mail prashant.themepalace@gmail.com
As you can see in the screen record few lines of JS code is missing in the theme file
