The quotes is the testimonial section change to fast. Is het possible to adjust the time between two quotes?

Yes it is possible to change the transition duration of the testimonial section.
For this you need to activate the child theme .

https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-child-theme-generator/After creating the child theme, in your child theme create the folder template-parts. Then again create the folder home within template-parts. Finally create the file testimonials.php inside home folder ie your structure should be like template-parts > home > testimonials.php. After paste below given code in testimonials.php file .
