I am using the Reblog theme. I just checked and my pages do not have H1 headings, even though I am putting the heading in the only place it can go, where you type in the title. It doesn’t let me edit that section either, so I assumed it was automatically making it be H1 since it is the heading! All my subheadings are H2 so that’s working fine so I don’t understand why this theme wouldn’t make the title H1! Does this mean everyone using this theme doesn’t have H1 headings!? This is a huge deal since that is the main way google knows what your pages are about! I feel like I just wasted 10 months waiting for organic traffic!

Regarding your query, in any page or post (edit), you can get “+” sign in the top left side of the post/page edit. Please refer to the below screenshots for the assistance.

That does work but only for the remaining headings in my post, not my title. I can’t leave the title blank (they’re also good for SEO but it’s also how I find my posts in my post list) but I can’t change that to H1. So if I want to create an H1 heading, I will have to have 2 of the identical headings right after each other which looks bad! I have asked for help in other groups as well and so far nobody has a solution for this problem.
