The theme itself does not have the feature to change the order of the sections.

However it can be sort out with the help of custom code through the use of child theme.

So please clearly mention the order that you want in your homepage so that we can help you with the custom code.

At first please activate the child theme. You can activate the child theme manually or simply by using the plugin given below:

After activating the child theme in your chid themes functions.php file paste below given code.
