On the free version, the content on my static pages was enclosed in a bordered container, and had the swirl at the top. On the paid version, this has changed to no border and no the title of the page. How do I revert back to the other page format?

Regarding your first issue about the swirl design that preserved in free version and disappeared in paid version, we are working on that inside the core so in few hours the update will be released.
And with the update the issue will be fixed.
Till then we request you to be patience.And your second query, about the border we didn’t quite get what you are trying to tell.

I have corrected the above error. Two more questions, after the new update, it appears the lighbox thumbnail strip is no longer showing. How is this corrected and is there a way to disable the built in lightbox effect so I can use my own?

Can you please elaborate your issue about lightbox thumbnail strip is no longer showing in more detail.
