I really like your theme and am considering upgrading to the Pro version.
I have built a site I am very pleased with using the free version and am wondering what will happen if I buy the Pro version. Will it require me rebuilding my site? Or is it a seamless upgrade?
Please let me know what it would entail to switch to Pro.
Thanks
KDApril 3, 2016 at 9:40 am #4683wensolutionsKeymasterHello @KD,
Thank you for your interest in buying Photo Perfect Pro theme.
Well, when you switch to Pro version you do not need to fully customize or rebuild your site.
In other words, your theme option customizer values would remain same just that your sidebar widgets will be reset to default. Therefore, you need to re-organize the widgets after activating Pro version if widgets exists in your current free version. So widgets are the limitation in this case.
Note: Widget resetting on theme switch is a default behavior of WordPress and not a specific limitation of this theme.
Hope you will proceed accordingly by taking note of widgets prior upgrading to Pro version so that you can easily recreate them later.
Hope this removed your confusion!
Thanks

Depending upon your answer will purchase Pro as soon as possible.

I’ve just tryed to bought the PRO version of the Photo Perfect but it’s stuck in the pending state. What should I do next? Thanks.May 29, 2016 at 6:55 am #9018wensolutionsKeymaster@Keissner, you probably need to wait until PayPal process your purchasing request. So, it is up to the PayPal to complete this request through.
May 29, 2016 at 7:02 am #9019wensolutionsKeymaster@KD, apology for late response. Well after looking at your site it looks like you have put your creativity in managing the contents and graphics quite different than the theme demo and layout.
But still you have no problem from upgrading from free to pro until and unless you had made any changes / edits in the theme’s core file. So if you are fine with this then your settings will be mirrored conveniently.
Alternatively, you could migrate your changes making a different Child Theme and upgrade to Pro to get your site facilitate with more features and customizable options.
Hope this gives you some opinion in migrating to Pro. If you have anything else, kindly let us know.
Best Regards
May 29, 2016 at 11:51 am #9035KeissnerParticipantPaypal. Well this is a problem. It’s start to ask me the card info and paypal account info. I fill out the card info but I have no paypal account and because of this maybe the purchase is not done. How should I proceed further?
May 29, 2016 at 11:58 am #9036wensolutionsKeymaster@Keissner, at the moment we only accept PayPal payment. Yes, that could be the reason for pending in your case.
Apology for any inconvenience from our side.

3. about the Demo Pro I look on the Menu the Shop page, I wont to say this feature is inside the Pro version or is one Plug-in to bay a part?

CiroJune 13, 2016 at 12:39 am #10518wensolutionsKeymasterHello @cirofani,
Hope you are having a very good day.
Below are the answer to your questions.
1. about gallery I’ve follow the istructions but when I run the page with the gallery and click one photo I cant show the photos singular or automatic running like your demo version, why? http.photo.ablecons.com/glamour/
For this feature you will have to first open the page which has you gallery in editing mode and start editing the gallery,
Then after the gallery editing option opens, set the link to option on gallery settings to media file
This will open the images in a pop-up modal window like the demo.
2. is possible to post directly the photo in Facebook or other social like Postgram, Flickr, etc?
Yes, you will be able to share the images but not with the theme but different plugins which are free to use. These plugins will provide a direct share button on social medias. You can choose one and implement on the theme.
3. about the Demo Pro I look on the Menu the Shop page, I wont to say this feature is inside the Pro version or is one Plug-in to bay a part?
For this you will definitely need the pro version, as the shop page is powered by a plugin named Woo-Commerce which is compatible only with the pro version of the theme not the free version.
You can download the plugin free of cost from the wordpress.org community and use it on the theme.I hope we were able to answer your question.
And also please post new topics on the new thread of the designated theme so that we will be able to sort out the treads for swift and better response to your questions.Best regards.
