Hello. An error appears while importing demo data. Need help.
An error occurred while fetching file from: /wp-content/themes/signify-pro/inc/support/ctdi/signify-pro.dat!
Reason: 403 – Forbidden.
Hello Sergei,
It is not allowing it to read the file which is clearly shown by the error code “Reason: 403 – Forbidden.”
All directories should be 755 or 750 permission and All the files should be 644 or 640 permission. Please refer to https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-file-permissions/
Thanks
I have permission:
Files – 644
Folders – 755.
The error does not disappear, it was possible to load manually.
