hi, please solve this issue of menu selection on desktop mode on mobile phones, explanation: your theme works fine in full view on mobile mode but when on mobile it is accessed in desktop mode and then if a user wants to click on the, say, first or second or third or any other sub menu then rather than opening the menu list what it does is that it directs to the main menu link example members>login>register suppose if I access the site on mobile in desktop mode and try to click/tap on register then rather than letting me click/tap on register what it does is that it takes me to the members page, which is the main menu link, plz help me,
same can be observed on the above site

July 20, 2017 at 12:37 am #48025blackgel@gmail.comParticipantthx but there crops up a new issue that rather than only scrolling down the menu ( in this case “member” menu) what it does is it automatically clicks on the first submenu that is “login” what i want is that it should only drop down the menu then wait for the user to select which he wants to
also, tell me how to upgrade to the new version
July 20, 2017 at 2:28 am #48031wensolutionsKeymasterHello @blackgelgmail-com,
The setting for the member is not controlled from the theme i.e. it is the feature from the third party plugin that you are using .
So please contact to the respective plugin support forum for further help.
Also to update the theme to latest version follow below given steps .
1. Download the latest version of Education Hub Pro from your Theme Palace member My-Account to your Desktop
2. Unzip education-hub-pro.zip to your Desktop.
3. Using an FTP client to access your host web server, go to /wp-content/themes/ and upload your new copy of Education Hub Pro Theme which shall replace the old files.Hope this helps .
Best Regards!!
July 20, 2017 at 2:52 am #48032blackgel@gmail.comParticipantSorry but you didn’t get my point i was not saying to login into the member area rather i was talking about the members menu because that is the only menu which has submenus that’s what i was saying, if youv isit my site http://www.effortsias.com on mobile and switch over to desktop version then when you try to click/tap on the menu which has sub menus (in my case it is “members” which has sub menu) then instead of pulling down the drop down box and let the user select what to choose rather it directs the user to one of the sub menus automatically, please check it out for better claraity
Second issue
please visit this page there is the mention of the issue with a picture describing it, the issue is while visiting the site in desktop mode on mobile there is a large white space left between the bottom of the page and the bottom of the screen, the link is below
thx
July 20, 2017 at 3:48 am #48033wensolutionsKeymasterHello @blackgelgmail-com,
When we inspect your site URL we are unable to find any such gaps as you have mentioned . Please refer to below screen shot :
https://image.prntscr.com/image/Suu7ckSESTmt_uRNWxXlQw.png
When checked locally the menu item works absolutely fine i.e it does not directly link to the sub menu item.
However in your case the member menu item redirects to login page which is the plugin feature and the theme does not have any control over it. Also when we directly enter the the link for member page it lead to login page which is controlled by the plugin. So as per previous replies please contact with respective forum for further help.
Hope this helps.
Best regards!!
July 20, 2017 at 4:38 am #48034blackgel@gmail.comParticipantok thanks for that but the white space still comes up, i am visiting my site on firefox on mobile in desktop mode, but when viewed on mobile on firefox but not in desktop mode then its ok but the white spcae comes only when viewed in desktop mode on mobile, i am using two browsers firefox and chrome and the same is happening on both of them
i am posting new pictures of the same issue happening on both firefox and chrome but only in desktop mode on mobile devices
the link is here
July 20, 2017 at 6:57 am #48047blackgel@gmail.comParticipanthow to avoid this white space from coming up specially when there little or no content above the fotter section, i want to keep it at the bottom of the screen no matter whether there is content above the fotter or not and yes logically if there is more content then then footer scrol down to adjust the page content, as in this case there is only a message and no any other content then in this case how to avoid this white space
you can observe the same here
