I have a problem with my purchase. After the payment process using a CC, I’ve got an email of receipt from themepalace. But I can’t find the downloadable button/theme in my dashboard. Please help me, I’ve already email the team for this problem, but still no response

As per your query and issue about the license, log in to your theme palace account where you can download the zip file and you get access to it. You can upload the zip file to the dashboard.
