    Do I have to fill the form twice as shown in the apparence – widget windows?

    Hello @ktozo,

    No you do not need to fill up the field twice of the widget . You can either go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Widget area > CB : Service and fill or can fill from the dashboard by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Widgets and fill of the widget after placing it in required widget area .
