    Hi,

    Its been very helpful to use your theme University Hub Pro.

    Unfortunately, when I tried to activate the license key it says “status unknown”, I am sure my license key was right and my domain that I registered on your website was right.

    I have also consulted with my hosting provider, they want to know in detail what do you mean by “block API with GET Request” in the FAQ. Can you give a case how to solve it?

    Please help.

    Hello @ritotombe,

    For some server, the GET Request is blocked so please make sure “GET Request” is enabled on your server.

    Also please verify once the issue is related to server or not as well.
