Hello,
After recent updates to the Academic theme it seems the main menu “Burger” ☰ is no longer showing on mobile devices@academicuser, We have released the upddate, please update the theme.
Workaround:
Add back the last line of code which was removed in https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/227439/academic/2.8/inc/modules/menu.php#file1
(from a custom plugin or child theme functions.php)
add_action( 'academic_mobile_menu','academic_mobile_menu', 70 );
