I am having issues activating my license. I get this on the dashboard: Education Hub Pro License Key has not been activated, so the theme is inactive. Click here to activate the license key and the theme. Get API key from Theme Palace.
I have the key entered but it just says license status unknown. I have logged into my account and made sure the site was activated: http://www.paintsville.kyschools.us Not sure what is going on. Need help fast!
Hello,
You need to first activate your Pro version of the theme that you recently purchased.
Going to Appearance-> Theme License menu you need to enter the License Key and activate it.

The importance of license key is to get automatic future update and bug fix notifications.

IN email I have received the license key but when I check on the website I am not able to download the version.

You can download the theme from the ‘Thank You’ screen or the link provided in your purchase receipt email.

There is no link in the email I have received

Please try downloading the theme from your my account page. You will see the name of the theme click on the name and your download will start automatically.

In My account page the status says pending
But amount has already been deducted through my card
Can you let me know generally how much time it takes for payment to process

‘Pending payment’ is related to the PayPal processing time and we have no control on it.
Can you please send your order #ID and email registered at Theme Palace to verify the payment received?
