I recently purchased travel eye pro and have followed the install instructions but I am having an issue with a space that is between “Site Identity & Menu Section” and the “Slider Section” it’s showing up as a home location but it’s not editable. I have reinstalled the theme reset it back to default and cannot get this space removed, is there anything that you can suggest that will allow me to sort this out?
Thank you in advance for any assistance.
January 8, 2019 at 11:18 pm #88632wensolutionsKeymasterHello @vicecity305,
First of all thank you very much for using the theme.
Travel Eye Pro is created using the page builder plugin like Site Origin which is recommended by the theme itself. So you need to activate those plugin and begin to add the widget through add widget button.

Hope this helps.

Yes, you can post the screenshot here. For the screenshot, you can use the light-shot tool or any other which you find comfortable.

There is a black space between the “side identity & menu section” and the “slider section” its safe to assume that a logo or something can be added into this space. Is there a way to delete this space? or can it be customized to place a logo? In the site identity it can be named or an image can be placed but if I place and image to make it similar to the travel eye pro demo page how large does the logo need to be and will it eliminate the gap between the navigation menu and the slider?Attached is a screenshot please advise on options to sort this out
Thank you for your assistance
January 13, 2019 at 11:38 pm #88928wensolutionsKeymasterHello @vicecity305,
Can you please provide your site URL so that we can delete the gap for you?
Also, the logo cannot be displayed in this location and to make the logo appear here requires higher code customization.
Hope you understand.
Best Regards!!
February 26, 2019 at 9:24 am #91751calepwhowardParticipantI’m being notified in my WordPress dashboard that there’s an update available to Travel Eye Pro. When I try to install the update I get a message telling me I’m not authorized. It appears my license key can’t be activated. I could use some help getting this solved since it appears my license shouldn’t expire until September 2019. Thanks.
February 27, 2019 at 3:46 am #91795wensolutionsKeymasterHello @calepwhoward,
The license issue is raised mainly due to two specific issue. One is as you mentioned, the license expiry issue. So please check properly your purchased date as the license is valid for only a year.
Also, you may have tried to use the license key in the new site which you have previously used in another site. So if you want the license to reuse in another site we need to reset it as the license will only work for a single domain.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!

I looked up my receipt and it shows I made the purchase:DATE PAID
September 26, 2018While under development I did have the site at a different URL but I don’t recall when I moved it to the production URL. Could you please reset the license and let me know when complete? Thank you.
