I am currently using the Signify Photography theme, which is a child theme of Signify Pro. I successfully entered the license key for Signify Pro, and it was accepted. However, I am encountering an issue where Signify Photography does not seem to recognize or inherit the Signify Pro license key.

    Here are the details:

Parent Theme: Signify Pro (License Key Entered and Accepted)
    Child Theme: Signify Photography
Issue: Signify Photography is not recognizing the Signify Pro license key and is not functioning as expected.
I have tried several methods, including ensuring that the license key was entered correctly in the Signify Pro theme settings. Despite this, the child theme (Signify Photography) does not seem to acknowledge the license, and I am unable to access the premium features.

I would appreciate any guidance you can provide to resolve this issue. Is there a specific step or configuration I need to follow to ensure that the Signify Photography theme inherits the Signify Pro license key?

Please let me know how I can proceed to get everything working smoothly.

@tishd7, You do not have to active Signify Photography if you have a Signify Pro. Signify Photography is the child theme of the free version of Signify Pro. To activate photography on the pro version there is an option called “Theme Scheme” inside the color setting, there you will find the “Photography” option to choose from.

Here you can follow the quick screen record
