Hello, I just renewed my Education Hub/ Academic Pro License. When I started to update from 3.9 to 3.9.1 word press alerted that ALL Customizations would be lost. Is this correct? I paid for the pro account. If upgrading to latest version will wipe my last years customizations that would destroy the site. Is the 3.9.1 version safe or will it destroy all customization previous in version 3.9?
Thank you
March 4, 2024 at 10:29 pm #195243PsinkKeymaster@LABYRINTHGUY, Did you renew for Education Hub Pro or Academic Pro? These are two different themes. If Education Hub Pro is activated previously then updating Education Hub Pro to the latest version will not lose the customization. If it’s an Academic Pro then activating Academic Pro will lose all the previous customization since it is a whole new theme.
Please double-check for the theme that you have renewed recently, and the theme that is active on your site. We will help you to transfer your license to a theme that is active on your site

Please update the license to reflect the upgrade is for Education Hub Pro.
This is a relief and thanks again for assistence.

March 6, 2024 at 10:29 pm #195270PsinkKeymaster@LABYRINTHGUY, Seems no need to update the license for Education Hub Pro. You can update the theme to v3.9.1
If in case WordPress alerts all customization will lost, please share with us the reference screenshot of that message. So that we do a further investigation

March 6, 2024 at 11:21 pm #195272PsinkKeymaster@LABYRINTHGUY, Is it possible to share a temporary login?
Please share it to prashant.themepalace@gmail.comMarch 7, 2024 at 12:28 am #195273PsinkKeymaster@LABYRINTHGUY, thanks for the login. We have visited your dashboard and found that the current license is inactive so the theme is not able to update. Please replace the old license key with the new one and try to update the theme
March 7, 2024 at 12:00 pm #195282Anthony JamesParticipantOk, I deleted the website associated with the account. I then readded it and reauthorized the site and it finally worked and the site is now updated to the 3.9.1 version.
Nothing looks to be lost or missing.
Thank you! Cheers, Anthony
