Unfortunately, I do not see seriousness in dealing with the problem from your side … You sold a damaged product (it does not work as it should work) and you did not cooperate in solving the problem and you evaded the answer by requesting data that has nothing to do with the problem

As you see, I changed the product license key for domain , and I tried the product on another website host by another hosting company (Hostgator), which is a different hosting company from the site where the product was used by (Godady). and Unfortunately the same problem, and this indicates, no doubt, that product you sell is damaged and not working

Please return the amount and cancel the license key

(not updated to the recent version of the theme) is that joke ….. you cant update the them because there is no update in the web site ….. check that again its not working the theme file is not working as should be.

I tried to use this pro copy in anothrt web site and it seems you guys have problem with this pro copy you didnot make it by correct way
