    Hello,

    It has been 2 days since I sent the email and I was wondering if you could confirm it has arrived?
    Or do I just need to wait a while longer? The reactions on the forums are so fast so I thought email would be fast too and I’m getting worried something went wrong.

    I was using the most recent version of wordpress (5.1.1).

    I had problems with the site so had to reset everything so I can’t really show you the website anymore.
    Regarding the color issue, when I wanted to do a costum color for the website theme it would just turn purple regardless of the color I selected. And in general I thought the design lacked colouring options.
    I’m not really interested in using the theme anymore so I will just wait on the refund for now.

    I also sended an email to info[at]themeplace[dot]com but I wasn’t sure if that’s the support email so I also thought opening a topic here would be best.
