    I agree it’s not the theme. Thanks for your time and assistance. They are both greatly appreciated and to say it again, Education Hub is an outstanding theme!

    Hello,

    I get the same error message when using the Twenty Seventeen theme. But I only get this message now when making changes to Menus (customize theme area. All other changes are being published. (I had already played around with several other themes to see if this were happening anywhere else.)

    If there is a solution, that’s great but I am able to make changes under Appearance ► Menus option with all plugins activated.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I deactivated the plugins I installed most recently and still got the same message. I then, deactivated all plugins and the changes are still not publishing, with the same error message.
