Hi
I’ve got it. I lost some customization I had done, but it’s no big deal, it was quick to re-establish it. I had assumed that adding the site to the license would automatically trigger the change in the version of the theme I had already installed.
I uploaded the pro theme via ftp and switched it over.. like i said a little bit was lost, but not much.
I’m good to go. I like the theme, by the way, Very clean, looks nice. My client is very happy with it.thanks!
jtayman3ParticipantStill nothing. I checked my managed sites under my account, my site URL is there and it reads as active. (it is the complete path .. i am building in a sub-folder and will direct the root directory to it when the site is complete.
I still do not have the upgrade options on my installed copy, no place to add the API key, and it still has a green “Upgrade to Pro” button.
Please check into this. I have been held up on this project for nearly a week now since making this purchase.
At the moment, i am very dissatisfied.jtayman3ParticipantThis morning I clicked the “view licenses” link and it DID take me to the Manage Sites link, which i clicked and added my site.
I put in the full path to the wordpress folder the site resides in..( sjshollywood.org/wordpress2/) but i do not see anything on my dashboard to enter the API key, and I still have the “buy pro” button showing in the customization area.
