    Nevermind…. Guess I fixed it. Just needed to cycle those options on and off. Looks like it’s working now. Thanks 😀

    While making a child theme and using that code fixed my issue with the slider. I now do not have a ticker on the top and the font settings are fubar.

    It looks fine while I’m in the customize section but if I goto the live page…

    Image to describe what I mean. Yellow arrows are where you have to click right now to go to the story. Red arrows are a few examples of where I would like to click to get to the story. The blocks on the right work perfect. You can click anywhere on any of the four blocks and go to that story.

    That coding helps the split screen page but totally fubars the full screen page. Moves the featured posts next to the slider below it for some reason.

    Is there a way to reduce the padding so the actual page takes up the window. Right now it seems to be about 25% white space on the sides squishing it in.
