Regarding question 1. I know how and where do change banner picture. The problem is that the changes will not follow through and apply, even after adding new banner in the Layout Options or trying to change back to default banner. I am still stuck with different banners on different pages. My changes won’t apply and I can’t figure out why.

I’m also not getting Issue 3 to work. Added the code but can’t see any difference…

Not sure why but there are often my CSS won’t be applied, though clearing cache etc.
