Thanks Psink, no problem with the delay.
Tried the CSS you posted on my live site, but it’s made no difference.
NeilParticipantHi, any update or progress on this, please?
For info, I’ve now published the site to live, with the menu issue still in place. It wasn’t a blocker for me but I would like to tidy it up.
NeilParticipantThat works just fine. Thank you.
NeilParticipantIn fact, looking a little further, it seems that the menu bar is level and flat in every page on the site, apart from the front page. Here’s a screen shot from one of the archive pages, you can see there’s no “shadow” or similar by the Home icon on the menu bar.

NeilParticipantIf it’s easier, I’m quite happy for the area holding the “Home” icon on the left side of the menu bar to be the same height as the rest of the menu bar. That “shadow” is only there as a transition between the Home icon/button and the slightly smaller remainder of the menu bar. A fully straight and level menu bar would be fine for me.
As you can probably tell, I’m not a WordPress developer so I don’t know how to replace the theme’s menu bar with some other menu bar. I’ve looked at things like the Max Mega Menu plugin, but that just seems to use the same menu area as is built in to the theme (unless I’m missing something).
NeilParticipantI haven’t published the site to “live” yet, it’s currently in a staging area only. Here’s the URL :-

Thank you.
NeilParticipantGreat, thank you. Obvious now I see the code.
