Oops… never mind apologise, I managed to fix them all just copy/pasted them and changed the page numbers accordingly…your help has been greatly appreciated

Second issue, unresolved. I have followed your instructions and it did not work. Also apologise for not clarifying my problem well. I want the custom .css to apply to all pages if that is possible.
