I missed your reply, and still encountered the issue after updating the theme a few moments ago…but your latest fix worked!!!!
July 7, 2022 at 11:32 pm in reply to: travel base pro compatibility issues with wp travel plugin + other issues #183705JadeParticipantReturning to this thread. We have continued to try to resolve this small issue but cannot identify a fix. the above CSS unfortunately did not resolve the issue.
For desktop, we attempted:
.wp-travel-average-review {
float: none;
margin-left: 46%;
}While this worked on individual itinerary pages, on itinerary archive pages (example.com/itinerary/) this fix unset the review stars creating a messy design that obscured half the stars.
Any further insight on this issue?

JadeParticipantHi Support:
Appreciate the follow up. Checkout review box typically displays before the final checkout process. Your solution above fixed the broken layout; thank you for this. Only issue is that it places the checkout review box below the submit button at the bottom of the checkout page rather than at the top of the page.
Can we set this to display before the final checkout phase?
Kind regards,
SakunaMay 3, 2022 at 1:02 am in reply to: travel base pro compatibility issues with wp travel plugin + other issues #181637JadeParticipantHi Support:
Appreciate your follow up. 🙂
I input the CSS, but the issue remains. Previously the review stars were centered below the price, but they remain asymmetrically offset to the right, both on desktop and mobile.
Please advise.

Please allow me to suggest you call me Sakuna, and consider an email-based support system? Support thread indexes in google leaving me other headaches to address. 😉
theme – travel base pro
url – trips[dot]sanooktiew[dot]com/itinerary/mohare-khopra/
On this URL, you can see how the review stars are misaligned. Also, Google search console shares the following about review snippets (travel plugin authors indicated this is due to the theme, not the plugin):
Error Missing field “itemReviewed”
Error Invalid object type for field “itemReviewed”
Error Missing field “author”
Error You rated a review, rather than an item
Error Rating is missing required best and/or worst values
Error Value in property “reviewCount” must be positive
Error Missing reviewed item name
Error Item does not support reviewsOther issues are as mentioned above.
Please advise.
Kind regards,
SakunaJadeParticipantAppreciate this fix, which I employed when you shared it. I discovered though that this places the checkout review box below the checkout process itself, which is an illogical ordering. Meaning, a customer would only encounter this checkout review area if they scrolled past the checkout input and submit fields.
Please advise.
Kind regards,
SakunaJadeParticipantHey @Psink:
Thanks for the quick follow up. 🙂
Ah, so the problem was that the staging site also had the an active license. Apologies I did not think of that.
I activated the license on the main trips site and the option to update became available.
Thanks for taking the time to look at it and provide guidance. 🙂
Stay safe!
JadeParticipantHi @Psink:
I see that in the Theme Palace repo there is an update; thanks for jumping on that!
I’m a bit stuck though as I haven’t been able to update the theme in the WordPress dashboard. Thus far it is not showing that an update has been pushed to WordPress providing me that option.
The last update from 1.0.6 to 1.0.9 I was able to update in the dashboard.
Can you advise?
JadeParticipantHey @PSINK:
Thanks for the timely follow up.
The update is not showing in wordpress like previous updates.
Thoughts?
JadeParticipantThanks so much for the timely follow up, and for offering two solutions: to input the code change and how to input the change myself.
Your instructions worked perfectly!
You guys stay safe, and thanks again!

Thanks for the follow up, and for the apology. Someone on your team did get back to me in reply #110319.
As for the snippet, that is exactly what I needed but did not find when I was digging around the CSS. Thank you for sharing that.
Cheers
December 10, 2019 at 3:28 am in reply to: Breadcrumbs: Search Console Identifies Missing Items #111238JadeParticipantThe other commenters appear to be spam, but that aside.
Honestly, I was a bit disappointed with support’s follow up: recommending a third-party plugin to address an issue with a premium theme is somewhat alienating, just as my weeks-old unanswered support ticket for the plugin is alienating (particularly when I have purchased two paid for plugins for this eco-system and am therefore not free-riding on the free version only).
I was able to implement correctly Yoast breadcrumbs. The accompanying JSON+LD is helpful of course, but altering the font-size of the frontend breadcrumbs is beyond my scope since it outputs under the <p> tag.
Cheers

Returning to this thread because the Breadcrumbs issue persists.
The theme has been updated to 1.0.6 but Search Console is still indicating errors. Can we get a fix for this?

JadeParticipantThanks for the timely follow up.
I leave today for a trek in Nepal, so I will experiment with this once I return and then follow up with the results.
Thanks again!
April 26, 2019 at 3:08 am in reply to: div .tour-info on Travel Base Pro breaking UI on mobile #96179JadeParticipant@support:
Thank you for taking a look.
Following your response above, I cleared the server cache and cleared the mobile cache, and then tested.
The mobile and top bar menu still occur on first landing after clearing the cache, at least that happened on the homepage.
Also, on the itinerary pages, the issue of the div tour info is still happening on my device. Again, I cleared the cached, so it isn’t a cached version I am viewing.
I am using an iPhone, but that shouldn’t impact the mobile view.
