Now to adjust the about section as per your request use below given CSS.

For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

}

    float: none;
    text-align: center;
    margin: 0 auto;
    display: block;
}

.about-content .about-list-content {
    width: 100%;
}

.about-content span.title-divider {
    margin-right:auto !important;

    width:100%;
}

Glad that you figured out the issue related to the author by your self.

As for the testimonial section, the circular area displays the images as you can see in below-given screenshot:

In your case the section is displaying only forehead may be because of your picture size. So please upload the image of proper size so that the whole image of the person is displayed.

First of all thank you very much for buying the pro version of the theme.

Now coming back to your query, actually it is not the issue of the theme. By default, the theme will display the menu (Fall back menu) even if you have not assigned any menu to that location.

It is in fact, the rule set by the WordPress theme reviewer that the menu location should display fallback menu if no any menu is assigned to that menu location.

So to make you desired menu appear go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus and create the menu you like and assign them to the available locations.
