As the option key for free and premium themes are stored separately in the WordPress database, upgrade to the pro theme might reset the customizer values that are specific to the pro version of the theme.

Please check and verify the settings in the pro theme in the customizer and check if the settings are saved.

The feature you are looking for would require the “Mega Menu” layout design, which is not available with the theme currently.

As for now=, you can try using the Mega Menu Plugins like “Max Mega Menu“ to replace the theme defined menu structure to mega menu layout.

Note: As the plugin has not been tested with the theme for compatibility, we cannot be fully assured on the compatibility of the plugin with the theme.

The multilingual functionality for the website does not fall under the theme territory and is handled by plugins.

While the Education Hub Pro theme is complete translation ready and can be translated to any of the multilingual languages of your choice, you would still need to use custom plugins for the task.

You can use plugins like WPML, Polylang etc.

The customizations made directly to the theme is never recommended as they are lost upon theme updates/upgrades.

As of now, you can still take the backup of your current customization files and migrate the customization changes after upgrading to the pro theme manually.
