The title you are showing is not the logo.
Please add the logo and the logo will adjust itself in the place.

Regarding your query, actually the features of most of the themes have the option to add header image in all the pages except the front page.
So, you can consider hiring a freelancer in order to make the site as per the requirement as it requires code customization.

Regarding your query, the feature you are requesting to show the link only in the mobile version is not available in the feature. So you have to hire a freelancer to get the feature.
The feature to display the language switcher is entirely managed from the plugin so you can get it from the plugin feature which helps in language translation. It is not managed by the theme.

Query 1: Changing the colors of the icons [and text when highlighted]

o=logo;…=spacingResponse: Regarding your query, the design you are requesting is not possible by the simple CSS as the design is managed by the theme itself, so when you try to remove the spacing the logo shifts to another line and design will not appear proper.

Response: You can add below given CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to remove one among the two hamburger menu from the mobile view.
