When we have inspected your site URL we found that you have not updated you theme to the latest version. Currently your theme version is 2.4 but the latest one is 2.5 so, please update to the latest version.

You can also use CSS to solve the issue . For this go to Admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

}

So please deactivate the mobile mode by going to Admin Panel > Jetpack > Settings > Optimise your site for smartphones and verify the issue .

For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS ans paste below given CSS.

You can change the font of the site title and site tagline by going to Theme options > Font Family Options > Site Title and Site Tagline .

Similarly to change the font size you can use below given CSS.

For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

.site-title {
    font-size: 22px;
}

.site-description {
    font-size: 12px;    
}

You can adjust the font size according to your requirement .

Also, the feature to add the phone number in the header is not available in the theme . As much as we would love to help you this is beyond the support we offer for our product .

After activating the child theme you need to re-enter the customizer setting. As it does not import the setting of parent theme you might find your site a bit messed up .

However you can import the setting of your parent theme in your child theme by including a block of code in your child themes functions.php file.
