For this go to Admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS

The Feature you are asking for i.e. different slider in different page is not available in the theme . Also the Image of the slider can be change through the use of some Custom CSS .

Although it does not have the feature you have mentioned , The pro version comes with more other exciting feature and to know about it you can refer to below link:

If you want to change the post title please go to Admin Panel > Posts and then to the particular post edit screen . From here you can change title of the post.

As we have tested your issue locally, the first image that we have set for the slider is shown every time we refresh the page . Also the order is according to the page we have chosen from Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider > Slider type .

So can you post your site URL so that we could look further into the issue ?

The solutions to your problem are listed below.

01. I am not able to show social links or icon on top header.

From the site URL you have provided it seems that you have not assigned the Social Menu by going Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Menus > Menu Location > Social Menu . So please assign the social menu you have created to the social menu location .

02. I also want to hide (15 Mar 2017 Technical Uni. 0 comments) comments, date , category to shown in latest news section . ( in my site Government recognized technical universities section), how can i hide.

To hide the meta block use below given CSS. For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

.home .latest-news-meta {
    display: none;
}

Also in my latest section the block are not shown in proper order.

According to the theme feature the sidebar can only be displayed in other pages but not in the front page.
Front page is set up using the front page widget area .

So the issue you have mentioned is actually not the issue but a theme feature.

But if you still want the feature you can always consider hiring the professional developer .

To get to the page/post linked in the slider you have to go through the child theme approach.
