KeymasterHello @Canarias
To find the footer widget area go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Widgets . Here you will find the footer widget areas where you can place the widgets of your choice .
As you have placed the widgets in the footer widget areas in the backend, now you will be able to see the footer widget area in Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widget as well .
Hope this helps.
If you have any problem further feel free to post them and we will happily assist you further.

KeymasterHello @eugeneow,
While we have tested the checkout on our side with the theme. The functionality is found to be working fine.
The checkout page for the products is set by the Woocommerce Plugin itself and contains the “
[woocommerce_checkout]” shortcode to correctly load the checkout. Please make sure that your Checkout page is created and has the necessary shortcode in it.Also, please make sure that your correct cart and checkout pages are set in the Admin Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout > Checkout Pages.
Please provide us your website URL if the steps above does not resolve your issues so that we could inspect the issues further and provide a fix.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @akituya,
Please find below the responses for each of your requests :
- Remove the info block in the jetpack carousel :
- Center the team and services widgets
: You can paste in the following custom CSS to remove the jetpack image info block from the carousel in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS :
.jp-carousel-info { display: none; }: You can pate in the following Custom CSS to center the requested elements :
@media(min-width:1025px) { .sow-features-list { padding-left: 266px; } } .wt-members-list { text-align: center; }The team widget takes the “.wt-members-list” common class in its wrapper element. so, in case you want to implement the widget in other pages the CSS will work for the widget.
Hope this Helps,

KeymasterHello @ctenorio-sailormen-com,
As we have tested for the issues you have mentioned on our side and no such issues are seen in the latest version of Education Hub Pro theme.
Also, there is a possibility that the issue might have been caused by the conflict with third-party plugins used in the theme. Please check by deactivating the third party plugins ( if you have used any ) one by one and check to see if the issue is resolved.
If the steps above does not resolve the issues, please share with us your website URL so that we could inspect the site and debug further.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @tommybarber,
The blog posts in the WordPress blogroll are displayed in Reverse Chronological Order ( Newest First ) according to the published date of the posts.
While there are methods / plugins that can be used to alter the posts Loop, it is not a theme feature. For old posts to be re-posted as a new post in the blog roll, the published date in the posts should be modified.
You can check the plugin that are specific for the task from the link below :
https://wordpress.org/plugins/republish-old-posts/
However, as the theme itself has not been tested for compatibility with third party plugins, we cannot be assured on 100 % compatibility of the plugin with the theme.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @Nathan,
The version number of the free version of the University Hub free theme and the University Hub Pro theme is not interrelated with each other.
The latest available version of the University Hub Pro theme is Version 1.0, thus you are seeing the theme version to 1.0 after the upgrade to pro. Thus, you are running the latest version of the University Hub theme and will surely get updates after the release of future versions when it is available to download without having to force upgrade.
Hope this Clears the confusion,
If you have any queries further please feel free to write back to us.

KeymasterHello @NDAVIS43521,
The text you are referring to is the default instruction text used by the theme for users roles that can publish posts while no contents are found in the site.
The message is not shown to the site visitors who are not logged in to the dashboard. Thus, you can start creating contents for the site and the posts created will appear on the page.
You can also display your desired contents in the front page by setting “A Static Page” in the front page by creating a page and setting it in “Front Page” option from your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @mikwalrus,
The Photo Perfect Pro theme already has necessary Styles implemented for the gallery images when the images same size ( landscape/ portrait ) images are used in the gallery. However, in the page you have provided the link to, the uneven image sizes are creating extra spacing between the images.
You can use the following custom CSS targeted specially for the gallery in your page in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to decrease the spacing and better align the images in the gallery :
.galleryid-369{ margin-bottom: 15px; text-align: center; } .galleryid-369 .gallery-item { width: 17%; }Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!
