For #1 request, theme does not have this inbuilt option to move the menu below header image and shrink it upon scroll. Alternatively, you can request a customizer to get this tweak done for you.

For #2, you can tweak the menu items to center align by adjust the padding numeric value. For this paste the following custom CSS in Customize -> Theme Options -> Advance Options .

.sticky-menu-enabled #main-nav li {

 padding-left: 10px;

}

Note: You should increase or decrease the above numeric value to best suits your design.

You can remove the display of post meta from the posts in blog listing page by going to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Themes Options > Blog and unchecking the “Show Post Meta” Option.

To remove the “Category” word from the Category Archives, you will first need to create a Child Theme. For Reference on creating child theme, please see the link here https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

You can also use child theme generator plugin for the task.

Once you have successfully created and activated the child theme go to your child theme’s functions.php file and paste in the following code :

 * Filter to remove "Category" word from the Category Archive.

    if( is_category() ) {

        $title = single_cat_title( '', false );

    }

    return $title;

});

To disable the display of Home page contents in the static front page simply go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Home Page Options and “uncheck” the “Show Home Content” Checkbox.

Save your changes and this will remove the home page contents to display in the front page.

The feature to make header menu stick is not currently available with the free version of the Restaurantz Theme.

To display the image in the header in your desired size please paste in the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced options > Custom CSS :

@media (min-width:1024px) {

#masthead {

height: 350px;

}

}

Please make sure your uploaded image has the required dimensions and also skip cropping of image when you are prompted while adding the image in the header.
