The issue is very unlike to occur. So, please once verify that you have activated any third party plugin or not as this might be raising the issues. So please once deactivate the plugins one by one and verify the issue.
For this, you can add site health plugin and check as it won’t be disturbing your live site. You can find the setting by following the path Admin Panel > Tools > Site Health.
If the issue still persists then, let us know in detail with screen records too.

Regarding your query, you can’t add a different sidebar to different pages with this theme, it requires hardcore coding.
The sidebar you choose for one page will display on every page. But there is an option to make the side disable from the individual page(edited).

Query 1. Can I hide “Uncategorized” when empty? All of my products have categories, but Uncategorized still shows up on my shop page, with nothing inside. Is there a way to hide this category?
Response: You can follow the path Admin Panel > Posts > Categories > uncategorized(edit) and edit the category and use it, as this is the default category so you cannot remove it.
Query 2. I did not get a template of the Contact Us page when I activated the Yummy Free theme. I looked on the Demo, and there was a Contact Page on there. I’m mostly interested in the Contact Form. Is there a way to add that page or form? Also, I would like to remove the photos that are on the Contact Us background. Do you have a CSS for that?
Response: Regarding your query, please add ‘contact form 7’ plugin also, please add the plugins that are recommended by the theme which is displayed in the dashboard.
Query 3. On my Homepage, I have copied the Demo correctly, but at the bottom of the page, it shows the H1 Title of my Home page. Is there a way to hide that so I don’t have a random title at the bottom of the website?

Regarding your query, you can definitely increase the number of posts/products to be displayed and this can be done by going to Admin Panel > Settings > Readings > Reading Settings > Products pages show at most and manage the no of the products to be displayed.

Regarding your query, Myself theme has only the option to change the label of the button text but the feature to add the URL is not in the free version of the theme.
However, you can get the feature to add URL to the button in the premium version of the theme. You can refer to the link below for the instructions/ features of myself pro theme.
