Query 1. How do I add images, as the images are displayed on the Demo for Education Hub Pro template?
Response: Image comes from posts and pages. Once you add featured images to the post and pages, you can get the image to appear on the front page after you select the post and pages as per the requirement.
Query 2. How do I update/edit the text section of the Featured Content section of the home page?
Response: You can follow the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Content >Featured Content Type and you select the dropdown of ‘select type’ and choose pages or post’s content to appear in the home page. To edit content, you can edit by going to a single page or post you choose.

Regarding your query, to change the color as per your requirement you can add CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS for the blogs and posts.

Regarding your query to remove opacity from the slides and change the text color, you can add CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
To change the text color of content, add the following CSS
.slider-item .main-slider-contents p { color: #b32626; }To change the text color of title, add the following CSS
.main-slider-contents .title a { color: #b32626; }To remove opacity from the slides, add the following CSS

Yes, you have to reset the license of the theme if you will use the license for one domain and if domain changes as you mentioned.
So if you want the license to reuse in another site, you need to reset it as the license will only work for a single domain.

When we inspected the screenshot you provided, we found that you haven’t published the changes you made. To appear the changes you made in the customizer, you have to click the publish button.

Query 1: If the theme is purchased, do we receive ongoing updates at no cost?
Response: Actually, all our premium themes come with an initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access until 1 year of purchase date.
Query 2: If a user decides to book an international trip, and selects their destination from a drop-down list: desti A, desti B, desti C….is it possible to have another drop-down list automatically showing all hotels based on the destination selected?
Response: Currently we do not have the feature of hotel booking but if you want then you can either hire a freelancer or a professional developer.
Query 3: Does the theme offer functionalities like price differentiation based on child or adults and also offer discounted rates?
Response: For your information, the feature about the price that you have mentioned is not handled by the pro theme but from the WP Travel Pro plugin. As for the discount, WP Travel Pro offers with coupon code that will provide the discount or you can use the sale feature as well.
Query 4: Does the theme offer functionalities to aid percentage payments of a full price product? Example(product is $100 and the online payment is 30% and at pick up or delivery the balance is paid)
Response: Yes, the plugin offers partial payment features which will help you get the functionality you want.

Regarding your query, the header image can be changed as per your requirement by following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Header Image and click ‘add new image’ which will help you fix the new header image of your choice.
When we inspected your site URL, we found that the header image section doesn’t contain valid image link. Once verify the image and upload the correct image.
Also, can you please provide us the screenshot of the customize section where you uploaded the image.

Since the feature to change the color of the links is not available for now. This feature request will require a lot of CSS which is beyond support, we provide for our product.
As there will be more links within the page content, it will require code customization. You can consider hiring a freelancer or our professional developer.
