Trip pages are too wide in mobile view. Swiping left causes extension of screen, with data display at left side and rest page is blank. Additionally extra blank space is also present in home page. Kindly resolve the issue.

February 5, 2020 at 7:56 pm #115828Alex RojasParticipantwhen I insert a single image on the slider the problem doesn’t happen. when i put multiple images this problem occurs.
the dimensions of the images are 1592×1072February 6, 2020 at 12:58 am #115847wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
When we inspected your site URL on our side, everything is working fine. The problem might have raised due to third party plugin, so once deactivate plugins one by one to inspect which plugin created the issue.
Here is the screenshot of your site URL in our side https://prnt.sc/qy8un3
Also, don’t forget to clear the cache as this might be another reason causing the issue.
Regards.
February 6, 2020 at 7:33 pm #115912Alex RojasParticipantI cleared the cache, I deactivated all the plugins, I reset the theme settings, I activated the original theme again by deactivating the child theme. the problem has not been resolved. lastly I activated the free version and it worked. I don’t understand where the problem is. please help me to solve it.
Yours sincerely.
February 6, 2020 at 7:38 pm #115913Alex RojasParticipantI also deleted the changes made with the css from the customize section of the theme. The problem has not yet been resolved.
Yours sincerely.

February 7, 2020 at 6:41 pm #116005Alex RojasParticipantI have tried on 3 different types of cell phones for now.
Samsung s9 plus with the 6.2-inch screen
Lg k 40 with 5.7 inches
Samsung j5 with 5.2 inches.
In addition, by viewing with the inspect option, on google chrome and choosing mobile you see the same problem.
I send the screenshot as show.
February 10, 2020 at 12:58 am #116135wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
When we inspected your site URL for the same screen size you have shown in the screenshot, everything is fine as you can see in screenshot below:
As you can see in the screen record below, the page shows white space for a second while fitting on the screen but doesn’t remain for long.

Further, the white space might have appeared due to loading issue.
