My header image is not showing on my pages. It will show that the image is uploaded when I am in customize > header image, but when you visit my site nothing shows. Please see sample URL: https://www.stratuspg.com/services/. Instead, it is just showing the blue color.

Regarding your query, the header image can be changed as per your requirement by following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Header Image and click ‘add new image’ which will help you fix the new header image of your choice.
When we inspected your site URL, we found that the header image section doesn’t contain valid image link. Once verify the image and upload the correct image.
Also, can you please provide us the screenshot of the customize section where you uploaded the image.

When we inspected the screenshot you provided, we found that you haven’t published the changes you made. To appear the changes you made in the customizer, you have to click the publish button.

I have this error regardless of what image I use. I have uploaded new ones multiple times and it never works.
I can assure you that it has been published, multiple times, and it is still not showing. Please see the screenshots below as further proof.

Thank you for the login details you provided.
When we inspected your site, we found that the header image is not rendering the image you used. On our side, the header image is working fine. If you have made any changes code wise then please go through the code thoroughly once. Changes in code might have caused the issue.
For now, you have to add the CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
#custom-header { background-image: url(Your image URL) !important; }For the image URL, you have to follow the path Admin Panel > Media and select the image you want to display and copy the URL. You can refer to the screen record below to get the image URL and use it for the header image as per your requirement.

When we inspected further, third party plugin – ‘Autoptimize’ has created the issue. Deactivating the plugin will display the header image as per your requirement.
