I have now been trying to import the demo data as advertised on this theme for 3 days.
I have tried reaching out to support and searching forums and I have no answers.
I have followed all instructions AND have asked a developer to try to.When I follow your instructions and use the recommended data plugin, I receive this error
An error occurred while fetching file from: https://www.tinytales.co.za/wp-content/themes/kids-education-pro/assets/demo-data/kids-education-pro-customizer.dat!
Reason: 404 – Not Found.The .dat file IS in the folder, I checked.
When I use the manual importer – the demo data does not come through as is reflected in the ADVERTISED demo.I have tried several other options as well as several other import plugins. None of which work.
My client is furious and I am now a week behind.
Please can someone revert back to me urgently with a quick solution to this issue or can we be refunded in full for this theme please.Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We have released the update of Kids Education Pro theme and you can now import demo data.
To import demo data following steps is required:
– First Catch Themes Demo Import plugin is required
– Tp Education plugin should be active
– Theme go to Appearance >> Demo Import
from there just click a import button one of Demo data to import DataNote : Importing Demo data may take 5 – 10 minute to be fully done.
