I’ve just started building my website. It’s hosted through elementor with WordPress and elementor editing.
I’ve got the work art pro activated and when I try to edit the side bar in the widget customiser all I see is a small box that says ‘copy error’
I have a big blank space where the side bar should be on the site and no way to get any widgets in there. This happened in the free version and pro. I have no plugins additional activated yet so there can’t be any conflict.@LOUISEGREENANIMALARTIST, We apologize for the issue you are facing with your site.
It seems the issue is specific to your particular site. We have attempted to replicate the same issue on our site but were not able to generate the same problem. To assist you better, could you please share some reference screenshots or provide temporary access to your site for further investigation?

Thankyou for your reply. I upgraded to Workart pro. Initially I was still getting the copy error box and then for no reason, I logged in and the widget area was there again.
I’m now having problems with the layout.
I changed the layout to no sidebar which worked fine. I then wanted to see what it looked like with my Pinterest embedded on a right hand side bar. I didn’t like it as it crowded the website.
I now have the layout set to no sidebar across the board but all pages apart from the home page are still showing a blank space down the right hand side. I can’t get it to change back to how it looked this morning!!@LOUISEGREENANIMALARTIST, Could you please share some reference screenshots and the URL of your site? We will take a look at our site and help you to manage the blank space
